Monday evening news

♔ Of course this week there's not an insane amount of new weeks like last week, but they're still a lot! I'm super excited for The Golden Lily. This time I'm also puzzled about the characters that appear on the cover, but that's nothing new. I kind of expected Requiem to be more striking, and Through the Ever Night is my favorite of this batch!

♔ There will be another book about Meghan and Ash from The Iron Fey series! YAY! It will be a novella and will be set in the time after The Iron Knight. Sadly it will be the last one about them, but I'm happy anyways since I thought we'd never hear about them again.

Meghan Chase is finally getting used to being the Iron Queen, ruler of the Iron Fey. Her life may be strange, but with former Winter prince Ash by her side at last, she wouldn’t have it any other way.
But when they travel to the Summer and Winter courts’ gathering for Elysium, the oracle from Meghan’s past returns with a dire prophecy: “What you carry will either unite the courts, or it will destroy them.” Now Meghan faces a devastating choice that may determine the future of all fey—and her and Ash’s unborn child…
A novella from the bestselling Iron Fey series
♔ I'm not... particularly a fan of this book trailer from the book The Forsaken. Maybe the fact that the book looks totally creepy doesn't help.

♔ About movies! I've read that The Soul Seekers series by Alyson Noël has been optioned. I haven't read them yet, but it's great that there are going to be more movies based on YA books! There's also talk about Legend by Marie Lu being well on its way to become one.

I ADORE the cover for Sever - t's so pretty and isn't the dress just GORGEOUS? *sigh* if only I could have a dress like that for prom... The Indigo Spell and Requiem covers are pretty similar to the other covers in their series which is good for readers like me who like to have consistency in appearances of books ;) And the guy on the cover of Through the Ever Night...

Thanks for sharing these, Sophie <3

Love the cover for The Nightmare Affair and it's one of the latest books on my wish list. It just sounds really awesome!

I still have not read anything by Alyson Noel. I suppose I should since they are getting so popular...

Aren't all the covers being release recently SO GORGEOUS?? Although I guess that's kinda bad because it only makes me even more eager to get my hands on them LOL :') But I had no idea that there's going to be another book with Meghan's story!! Yaaaaaaaaaay! I love Ethan and all, but I miss Meghan whenever she's not there. But most of all... A LEGEND MOVIE?? Oh my gosh, you just made my Monday, Soph!! x)

Amazing Monday post, Sophie! I hope you have a wonderful weekend and a wonderful day! :) <3

I always love your Monday news, Sophie! They're always so informative, short, and sweet! Just like you. ;)

Through the Ever Night is my favorite cover reveal too! The color is just sooo perfect. <3 I've never heard The Art of Wishing, but I like the cover and the title, so I'm going to check it out on Goodreads! :) Sever has lovely cover, although I'm not big fan of the green color. It's supposed to be darker in my opinion. :D

Yay for more YA books turned into movies! I hope we can see movie adaptation of Vampire Academy someday. :') Oh, and The Elementals! It would be soooo awesome to have four GORGEOUS guys act as brothers in movies! Sa-woooon! xD

Awesome Monday Evening news, Sophie! Have a lovely summer! x)
